2 oz Nougat-Infused Whiskey
3 drops Toasted Almond Bitters
1 drop Aztec Chocolate Bitters
1 drop Nuts Bitters

Add all the ingredients in the mixing glass
Stir with ice for 8 seconds
pour over a large clear ice cube
garnish with a small piece of nougat.
Pour one full bottle of whiskey into a large jar or airtight container.
Add five pieces of Italian nougat, allowing the sweetness and nutty aromas to infuse into the spirit.
Place the jar in the freezer for five days. Shake it gently twice a day to help the nougat release its flavour.
On the fifth day, remove the jar from the freezer and strain very slowly through a coffee filter to separate all the solids and achieve a clean liquid.
Transfer the infused whiskey into a clean bottle and refrigerate.
